Warranty cover for goods will require Customers to add an extra $10 to the above rates or quoted freight costs. This will cover replacement of any damaged & loss goods. Customers must notify Office plan in writing strictly within 2 days of date of delivery for all claims. Claims after the 2 days unfortunately cannot be accepted or compensated and items will be deemed as received in good order.
